1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's device, where they are stored to be sent back to the same sites on the next visit. There are also other analogous storage tools (e.g. localStorage): the information contained in these tools can enable the user to be identified even over a long period of time.
2. Data controller
The data controller is [DA COMPLETARE: nome e cognome o ragione sociale del titolare], as indicated in the privacy policy.
3. Cookies used
| Name | Type | Provider | Purposes | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Technical session cookie, first party | bb-magnolia.com | Protection of the contact form from fraudulent submissions (anti-CSRF token), submission confirmation message, authentication for the restricted area | Until the browser is closed |
Note: the session cookie is only set on the Contact page and in the admin area.
4. No other cookies
This site does not use analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. The fonts (Inter) and icons (Lucide) are served from our server: no data is sent to Google or CDN networks for their loading.
5. Third-party content
The OpenStreetMap map on the Contact page is not loaded automatically: it activates only after clicking the "Show the map" button. From that moment the browser contacts the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers, transmitting the IP address; the relevant privacy policy applies. The choice is not remembered: the map must be reactivated on every visit.
6. Why there is no cookie banner
The site does not display a cookie acceptance banner because it uses only technical cookies, pursuant to art. 122, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code on the protection of personal data) and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali on 10 June 2021: prior consent is not required for such cookies. This policy can be reached from every page of the site via the link at the bottom of the page.
7. Managing cookies from the browser
The user can manage or delete cookies from their browser settings:
Beware: if the PHPSESSID cookie is disabled, the contact form cannot work (the anti-CSRF protection and the confirmation message fall away).
8. Rights
For the exercise of the rights provided for in arts. 15-22 GDPR, see the privacy policy. Last update: 26 ottobre 2026.
